"Todd Ford Builders built a new house for us in 2021. From our first meeting with Todd, we found him to be a personable young man and knew he was the right fit for our new home build. He was organised, confident and clear about the process and how the job would run. It gave us the confidence to move on with Todd at the helm. Throughout the build, his project management and communication skills were second to none. Materials arrived on time, meaning the job ran smoothly, with no hold-ups within his control. He always made himself available for queries and advice as the job progressed. The workmanship for these fussy clients was of a very high standard, and the finishings could not be faulted. We were most impressed with the team environment and man-management skills Todd possessed. His staff were well mannered, very approachable and a motivated bunch of tradesmen, led by a man they rightly respected. Overall, the experience with Todd and his guys was excellent, and we will be forever thankful for that. Todd kept in touch with us after we had moved into our home, with follow-up checks, making sure we had no queries or problems that needed addressed. Because Todd made the overall process so simple, he took all the associated stress from us, for which we will be forever grateful. This resulted in very happy clients, in a new home we are very proud of."
